Why We Chose Piedmont: Debbi’s Story

Debbi’s roots run deep in Piedmont, where she attended Wildwood Elementary School, Piedmont Junior High (now Piedmont Middle School), and Piedmont High School, graduating in 1982. She continued her education at UC Berkeley, graduating in 1987. The very qualities that made Piedmont a great place for Debbi growing up are what inspired her and her husband, Adam Betta, to return and raise their family here.

Students have numerous opportunities to participate in philanthropy, from the popular Mexico Trip through the Piedmont Community Church, where they build homes for families in need, to involvement in the National Charity League and Boy Scouts.
